About the Artist
Thibaut Derien is a photographer based in Dinan, France. His work has been exhibited at the Little Big Gallery, Paris, France; Galerie Parallax, Aix en Provence, France; and Systema Gallery, Osaka, Japan. Derien’s work is included in the permanent collection of the Orne Departmental Contemporary Art Fund, Normandy, France. His work has been featured in Libération, Réponses Magazine, and Shutr Magazine. He is the author of three self-published photography books; I Live in a Ghost Town (2016), Angela and the New World (2018), and Where My Steps Lead Me (2020). Derien counts Edward Hopper and Jacques Brel among his greatest artistic influences.
