Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
The following FAQ will help you learn more about our site and process:
What is YourDailyPhotograph.com?
YourDailyPhotograph.com is a daily email sent to collectors of fine art photographs since 2012. Each morning an email is sent to international subscribers offering a few photographs for sale at a special price for just 24 hours or until the first collector contacts us to purchase. It's free to subscribe at https://shop.yourdailyphotograph.com/pages/subscribe
Who buys from YourDailyPhotograph.com?
YourDailyPhotograph.com has a dedicated list of clients including many of the world’s top photograph collectors. First time collectors are welcome, all clients are treated with the same “white glove” service.
Can I purchase online, separate from the daily email?
Yes! Collectors are constantly asking to view and buy previous works they have seen on the daily email, and our curators have released several thousand photographs available for purchase at https://shop.yourdailyphotograph.com/
How do I search for a photograph I have seen on the email and still want?
The most recent photographs presented are on the top of the list, and they are ordered by release date. Use the search and filter features for detailed searches.
What do you charge for shipping?
We are pleased to offer free shipping through shop.yourdailyphotograph.com. The Daily email charges a flat rate shipping fee of $30 any photograph shipped in the U.S. All packages are shipped via FedEx and require an adult signature unless otherwise specified. We ship photographs outside the U.S. via FedEx for a flat rate of $80.
Can I pick up my purchase in person?
Yes, local clients may pick up their photographs in our Los Angeles studio, provided arrangements are made in advance.
How long will it take to receive my photograph?
After your purchase, we will reach out with an expected date your photograph will ship, and provide regular updates. When it is shipped, we will send the FedEx tracking information to you.
Is the quality and condition of the photograph guaranteed?
Absolutely. For all living artists, we rely on their individual artist hand to touch, inspect and sign each physical print indicating their approval for that work. The photograph comes to our gallery and is further inspected by our team before we ship to you. All collectors have a 5-day approval to be able to return a photograph.
What is the price range of your photographs?
Our curated fine art photographs range from $400 to $10,000.
How do you work with artists interested in sharing their photographs with collectors?
Photographer-artists are welcome to submit their works for our curators to review. Please review the material in the photographer section at info.yourdailyphotograph.com
Can you help me find specific photographs for my collection?
Our team places thousands of photographs into library, museum, corporate and personal collections every year. Send any requests to firstname.lastname@example.org
Is every photograph copyrighted? Am I restricted on usage?
All photographs are copyright by the artist/creator of the image. You are not permitted to copy or use any images on this site without permission.
Will you continue the Daily now that you are offering an online archive?
Yes, our collectors enjoy the highlights of daily photographs and we enjoy assembling the email. We are pleased to offer both options for fine art collectors.
Is this site secure?
Yes, it is completely secure and we do not keep any payment or personal information on file.
What makes this service valuable for collectors?
Unlike hundreds of places to buy art online, YourDailyPhotograph.com specializes in the artist's hand in their photographs of value and relies on a hybrid of experienced curation, direct personal service, our established physical gallery, photographic expertise and good technology. Our email has been sent every day since May 5, 2012.
Who is behind your service?
YourDailyPhotograph.com is managed by Duncan Miller Gallery, located in Los Angeles. Every photograph sold is personally inspected by our team, managed by gallery owner Daniel Miller, the same as if it were to be sold in person.
