Jeff Alu is a photographer based in San Pedro, CA. His work has been exhibited at the Los Angeles Center for Digital Art, Los Angeles, CA; Duncan Miller Gallery, Los Angeles, CA; and Orange County Center for Contemporary Art, Santa Ana, CA. Alu’s work is in the permanent collection of the Museum of Neon Art, Glendale, CA and Bloomingdale’s, New York, NY. His work has also been featured in Newsweek and Black & White Magazine. In 2012, Alu’s first monograph, Jeff Alu: Surrealities, was published by Zero+ Publishing. Alu counts Federico Fellini, Andrei Tarkovsky, and Ingmar Bergman among his greatest artistic influences.
