Richard S. Chow is a photographer based in Los Angeles, CA. His work has been exhibited at the Museum of Art and History Lancaster, CA; Orange Coast College, Costa Mesa, CA; and the Neutra Institute Museum & Gallery, Los Angeles, CA.
