Allan Barnes is a photographer based in San Jose, CA. He received an MFA from Ohio University and studied wet plate collodion with Joni Sternbach and John Coffer. Barnes’ work has been exhibited at the Art Intersection Gallery, Gilbert, AZ; Lightbox Photographic Gallery, Astoria, OR; and The Image Flow Gallery, Mill Valley, CA. His work has been featured in Content Magazine, The Hand Magazine, and the 2018 photo anthology book Series of Dreams: Selections from 17 Years, published by Skeleton Key Press. Barnes counts Paolo Roversi, Joyce Tennyson, and Sophie Carretta among his greatest artistic influences.
