Marky Kauffmann is a photographer based in Somerville, MA. She studied with Jim Stone at the New England School of Photography and has attended workshops with Laura Blacklow at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University. Kauffmann’s work has been exhibited at the Danforth Museum of Art, Framingham, MA; A Smith Gallery, Johnson City, TX; and Rhode Island Center for Photographic Arts, Providence, RI. Her work has been featured in the Boston Globe, Views Magazine, and Analog Forever Magazine. Kauffmann counts Anthony Thompson, Benno Friedman, and Cindy Sherman among her greatest artistic influences.
